"Suspiciously Fast Fix"

"Finally, a cancellation that wasn’t a nightmare"
I had to cancel my rental, and I was bracing myself for the usual nonsense — hidden fees, long calls, someone making it way harder than it needed to be. But nope, they handled it quickly and didn’t hit me with any weird charges or hassle. Why can’t every company just do it like this? Really appreciated how simple they made the whole thing

"Easy rental with solid packaging"
The rental showed up really well packed, with plenty of padding, and everything was clean when I opened it. The box was sturdy enough to use for the return too, which made the whole process simple. I didn’t have to worry about anything getting damaged.

I can't say they didn't have most of the lenses I was looking for, even a couple of the weird oddball ones I didn't expect to find. I just wish they had a few more camera bodies in stock, but overall it wasn't a bad experience at all

"Super easy rental, even when my plans changed"
I rented a lens from Lensrentals for a weekend shoot, and of course, like these things go, I ended up needing it for a few extra days. I was kind of expecting a whole annoying process to change the return date, but it was actually really easy and not stressful at all. I also appreciated that they had different rental length options, because I didn’t want to pay for a ton of extra time I wasn’t going to use. The return was simple too, just packed it back up, sent it off, and that was it. it was a smooth experience all around, and I’d definitely use them again.

I ended up needing to keep my lens for a couple extra days, and I was a little careful about checking the cost before changing anything. The extension process was simple once I found it, and the price was clear, which I appreciated. It updated quickly too. I did have to ask support where to go at first, but they helped me out. "Surprisingly Easy to Sort Out"
I was expecting the insurance options to be kind of a headache, because that’s usually how these things go. But it ended up feeling easy to understand and pick through. I had a few tabs open, got distracted once or twice, came back to it, and still didn’t feel lost. That was a nice surprise.
